Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. Office must know at least 24 hours ahead of time by phone only for cancellations. Rescheduling, can be done as many times as you'd like, but we charge per reschedule after second event.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your move as soon as you have a confirmed moving date. However, we understand that sometimes moves happen on short notice, so we'll do our best to accommodate your needs even if it's a last-minute request.
We do not accept checks, but we accept cash and other various different payment methods, including major credit cards, cash, and electronic bank transfers.
When scheduling with us, our office will notify our movers of any instructions or requests discussed over the phone. Our team of movers will also verify and communicate with you on the job of any questions or concerns they my have
We take the utmost care to protect your belongings throughout the moving process. Our team uses high-quality packing materials, secure packing techniques, and proper padding to safeguard your items. Additionally, our trucks are equipped with safety straps and padding to prevent any shifting during transportation.
We do not move weapons, jewelry, gasoline / hazardous
materials, or live plants.
Damaged/scratched items and furniture are first notified to you on the scene of the job. Secondly, they're photographed & reported to our claims department with a detailed description of what happened. You'll then be notified for a decision moving forward. Our released value protection will handle the repair and cost of said item - or you'll be offered a refund for the market value of that item.
